We always give a fixed written price after a free on-site visit, so you know the cost before we start. These ranges are a guide only.

What affects the price
How full the home is, access (stairs, lifts, long carries), garages and sheds, heavy items like pianos, and how quickly you need it done.
What's always included
The on-site quote, sorting, setting aside family items, donation drop-offs, recycling, disposal fees, and a final clean.
What's not included
Specialist cleaning (biohazard, mould), asbestos removal, and pest treatment. We can refer you to licensed specialists.
Payment
Deposit on booking, balance on completion. Invoices can be addressed to the estate or solicitor.
